Another day, Another Rowley Kay
Easter weekend saw the Club Forster Blue Water Fishing Club host the Newcastle Blue Water Fishing Club for the annual Rowley Kay Shield. The competition has been running for the past 30 years approximately, with Newcastle winning the majority of time.

NSW DPI Fisheries is seeking feedback on proposed programs aimed at rebuilding the biomass of depleted and recovering fish species in NSW
The proposed rebuilding programs include species-specific changes for the commercial, recreational, and charter sectors to reduce fishing mortality and support additional recruitment of grey morwong, silver trevally, pearl perch, and redfish.
